Classes can be attended two days per week ( up to 16 hours), or split up between evenings and Saturdays, evenings only or weekends for added convenience.

STUDENT FINANCE PROGRAM

Government Student Finance Program

 

The UK Government supports UK residents by funding their education while they study. If you are a resident of England you may be able to get up to £9,250 a year for tuition fees for an undergraduate course and up to £ 11,570 for Fees and Living Expenses on a Postgraduate course.

 

For an undergraduate student, you can get up to £ 12,667 additionally for your living expenses , and based on your circumstance you might also qualify for extra grants and allowances such as childcare grants, parent learning allowances, or bursaries offered by the universities.

Student loans have to be paid back - grants, bursaries, and allowances don’t.

The funding from the government is subject to your eligibility and may change from time to time based on the adjustments made by the government.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

DESCRIPTION OF COURSE: The BSc Mental Health and Wellbeing program offers two options: a three-year degree program or a four-year extended degree program. Its objective is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify, comprehend, and creatively respond to various factors affecting mental health and wellbeing. Students can utilize these skills to pursue careers in various fields supporting individuals, communities, organizations, and society to promote and maintain mental health and wellbeing. The program encompasses the study of biological, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental factors affecting mental health and wellbeing over the course of an individual's life. Furthermore, students will gain a deeper understanding of clinical, non-clinical, and individual perspectives. Additionally, students will analyze the services offered across public, private, and third sectors that work towards improving, preserving, and promoting mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the program, students will refine and develop the critical skills needed for effective mental health and wellbeing practice. With ethical practice at the forefront, this program is designed to provide students with essential knowledge and skills for working across diverse mental health and wellbeing services, enabling them to create positive changes in the lives of individuals and their communities.
